Tandoori chicken is an authentic grilled dish of chicken marinated in hung curd and spices.

Steps
Wash chicken pieces and put various cuts on them so that it can absorb spices deeply while marinating.
For making Tandoori masala dry roast turmeric powder, cumin seeds, big cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black peppercorns, coriander powder and grind them well into a fine powder.
Make fine paste of ginger and garlic.
In a big bowl mix ginger garlic paste, hung curd, red chilly powder, edible colour, salt, tandoori masala, lemon juice and corn flour.
Add chicken pieces into them and rub the marinade on them properly.
Marinate chicken pieces for about 1-2 hours. Keep the marinated chicken aside.
After it is done pre- heat electric tandoor for 5-6 minutes.
Put the chicken pieces on grilling tray or you can put them on grilling rods.
After 5 minutes flip the pieces and grill them till turn into smoky brown.
Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings.
Garnish with fresh green coriander and onion rings.
