Palak Curry is prepared using spinach. In this recipe we have not boiled the palak and pureed it. So it does not lose any of its nutritional values. It is very healthy for all ages, especially growing children.
Palak Curry Ingredients
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add mustard seeds. When it splutters add turmeric powder ,cumin seeds and fry for a minute.
Add chopped onions, garlic, ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute
Add palak and mix well.
Add red chili powder,salt mix well and let it cook for 15 minutes
