Aloo Gobi Ingredients
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add mustard seeds. When it splutters add curry leaves, turmeric powder and fry for a minute.
Add chopped Onion ,ginger garlic paste and fry a minute
Add tomato and fry 5 mins
Add potato pieces, Gobi florets, salt and mix well.
Add red chili powder
Mix well and simmer the stove and leave until the curry is cooked.
