Finely chop capsicum, onions and tomatoes.
Heat oil /ghee in a pressure cooker, add onions and fry till golden brown.
Add chopped capsicum to it and fry for another 2 minutes.

Now add salt and chilly powder to the veggies and stir it for another 2 minutes.
To this veggie mixture add dry roasted dalia and stir for 2 minutes.
Pour 3 cups of water so that the dalia gets cooked easily and cover the cooker with its lid.
Cook it till the pressure cooker releases 2 whistles. Let it rest for a while after putting off the fire.
Delicious Vegetable Dalia is ready to serve. Garnish it with fresh and finely chopped coriander.
