Rice is the staple food of all Indians. Be it a morning breakfast or lunch or dinner, Indians love to have rice all the time. Try out this form of rice, an Indo Chinese style and you will not be disappointed.
Veg fried rice ingredients
Cook rice in 1 ½ cups of boiling water. Once cooked spread it on a plate to cool.
Finely chop beans, chillies, onion and carrot.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and sauté for few seconds.
Add onions followed by carrot and beans. Fry for few seconds and add bay leaves to it.
Add cooked rice, soya sauce and salt to it. Stir it for 4-5 mins in order to mix well.
