Gobi Manchurian is a very popular Indo Chinese dish. Its a popular dish which you can find in every restaurant menus. Gobi Manchurian also known as Cauliflower Manchurian. It is quick and easy to prepare.
Gobi Manchurian Ingredients
Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in salted hot water for 10-12 mts and then drain.
In a bowl mix together cauliflower, corn flour , rice flour, salt and chilli powder.
Heat oil and deep fry cauliflower mix.
Take another pan and heat oil add onions, gingergarlic paste, chilli sauce ,soya sauce and fry 5 mins on low flame.
Now add the fried manchurian balls and give it a toss.
Add coriander leaves before serve.
You can serve this as evening snacks or with hot coffee .
