Chilli Fish is a famous Indo-chinese recipe. It is very rich in gravy and very tasty dish.

Steps
First take a bowl add boneless fish fillets, now break the egg and add in it now add 3 tbsp cornflour,1tbsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp ginger powder and salt one by one and mix well.
Now keep the marination for 30 mints in refrigerator.
Now after 30 mints take a wok, add oil and deep fry all fillets.
Now take another wok, add 3 tbsp of oil, use the same oil which you used for fried fillets, add chopped garlic and saute for a minute, add onion and saute another 2-3 mints.
Now add red bell pepper and green chillies in it,and continue(u can use any colour of bell pepper, I prefered red because of its colour).
Now add 1 tsp ginger powder, tomato sauce, and 1 tbsp soya sauce and saute again.
Add fried fishes and vineger and stir well.
After 10 minutes take a small bowl add 2 tbsp cornflour and little water, mix well. Now add the mixture in the wok, and stir well,it helps to thicken your gravy.
Now switch off the flame and the delicious chilli fish is ready to serve.
