Deep fried Indian flatbread.
Puri is the most common Indian bread which is popular in every household in India. In Bengali it is known as Luchi though they are not totally similar. Puri is made with whole wheat flour and does not essential require oil while kneading. While Luchi is made of Plain flour and require oil to make it pliable. Puri is mostly North Indian fare and is had with Subzis for breakfast.
