Palak paneer ka paratha is a Indian flatbread stuffed with spinach (palak) and cottage cheese (paneer). It can be eaten at breakfast, lunch or even at dinner time also. It is a good option for children lunch box.
Palak Paneer Paratha Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients (except dough) and keep it aside.
Take small ball of dough and roll out it nicely. Put the palak paneer mixture in the centre and join the edges to make it again ball shaped.
Dust the ball with wheat flour and gently press with hand. Now using roll pin, slowly roll it in round shape.
Then put the paratha on the the hot griddle. Let it cook slowly for a 2-3 mins on one side, and then flip it to the other side. Apply 1 tbsp of oil on this side and after few mins again flip it and apply oil on other side too. Be careful, it should not turn dark brown in colour.
When it is cooked from both sides, remove the paratha from the griddle and similarly make more parathas.
Enjoy the palak paneer parathas with butter, curd or lemon pickle.
