Karela Fry is a very common and very easy side dish preferred all over in India. It is taken with plain rice and dal. Karela or Bitter melon is very good for health.

  • 1 karela (bitter melon) cut into rings
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for fry
  • 1 tsp chat masala

Steps

  1. Take karela (bitter melon) add turmeric powder and salt in it,mix well.
  2. Add oil in a wok and fry karela.
  3. Sprinkle chat masala on it and fry further till it becomes crispy.

Serving Instructions

Serve it with plan rice and dal.
