Take the boiled eggs and score them on each side and keep them aside.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add mustard seeds. When it splutters add curry leaves and fry for a minute.
Add Onion , and fry them until the onions become soft.
Then add ginger garlic paste and garlic and mix well. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt along with tamarind pulp. If required, add little water.
Finally add boiled eggs and cover the lid for about 10 mins and let it cook on medium heat
