Beerakaya Curry is generally prepared in Andhra Pradesh. Beerakaya has high fiber content and is also low in cholesterol. It is high in beta carotene which is very good for eyes.

Steps
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add mustard seeds. When it splutters add curry leaves, turmeric powder and fry for a minute.
Add Onion mix, ginger garlic paste and fry a minute
Add Beerakaya, salt and mix well.
Add red chili powder and coriander powder mix well and let it cook for 10 minutes
