Milk and fruits are the essential ingredients of a healthy breakfast. In this fast paced world, milk shakes are one of the easiest and fastest ways to ensure both are a part of our diet. In this recipe, I have used sugar to add sweetness to the shake for kids. You can replace it with honey and add dry fruits like almonds to make it more nutrients rich and healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • a pinch of coffee(optional)
  • almonds and pistachios for garnishing

Steps

  1. In a blender add the chopped banana, milk, sugar and coffee.
  2. Process it until it is smooth.
  3. Pour out in a glass and top it with chopped almonds and pistachios.

Serving Instructions

Serve it with the morning breakfast.
