Steps
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add mustard seeds. When it splutters add curry leaves, turmeric powder , cloves and fry for a minute.
Add Onion mix, ginger garlic paste and fry a minute
Add tomato and fry for 5 mins until the oil oozes out.
Add potato pieces, salt and mix well.
Add red chili powder, garam masala and mix well and simmer the stove for 10 mins.
Serving Instructions
You can serve this with rice or chapathi or poori.
