Heat oil in a kadai.
Add mustard seeds, When it splutters add curry leaves, turmeric powder and fry for a minute.
Add Onion ,ginger garlic paste and fry a minute
Add potato and fry 5 mins
Add beans, salt and mix well.
Add red chili powder mix well and simmer the stove and leave until it is cooked.
