Spicy Lamb Curry Ingredients
First pressure cook the meat with turmeric powder, salt and 1/2 cup of water till 6 whistles, and then switch of the flame and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, let them splutter. Add onion, green chilies and fer then until the onions becomes soft.
Now add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and fry for 2 mins.
Now add cooked meat, coriander powder, red chili powder, pepper powder, garam masala and mix well. If required add some more salt.
