Paneer korma is a simple recipe which calls for very little spices and yet is delicious. Its light and easy to make. It’s a famous Punjabi dish and can be served at any parties.

Steps
In a large bowl soak the cubed cottage cheese in hot salt water for 10 minutes. Drain and keep aside
In a wok heat the oil.
Add the lightly crushed cardamoms and sauté for a minute
Add the grated onions and fry till they are golden brown in colour.
Add the chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sugar and salt. Mix and fry till oil separates. This will take 5-6 minutes.
To this add ½ cup water and add the mint leaves.
Let it come to a boil and add the drained cottage cheese.
Mix and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the cream mix well and adjust the salt.
Serve hot
Serving Instructions
Serve it hot with paratha or naan or even peas pulao
