Moong Dal Beans Fry

Healthy and delicious Beans and Moong Dal.

A simple and easy preparation of healthy food with Moong daal and Beans.

  • 300 gms beans
  • 50 gms moong daal
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves
  • ¼ tsp jeera
  • ¼ tsp musturd
  • 5 tsp sunflower oil
  • 2 no’s dry red chillies
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • salt
  • few curry leaves

  1. Boil Moong Daal for 10 min’s
  2. In the mean time cut the beans into small pieces and then boil them also.
  3. Heat Oil in a pan and add Garlic, Dry Red Chillies, Jeera & Mustard Seeds along with the curry leaves.
  4. Once the above splutters then add Beans & Moong daal in the Pan and cook it for 10 more mins.
  5. Add chilli powder and salt to taste
  6. Mix well all the ingredients and cook it for 3-5 mins on a low flame.
  7. Your Beans & Moong daal dish is ready to serve.

Serving Instructions

You can serve this either with rice or roti.
