Chegodi is one of the traditional snacks in Andhra Pradesh. This recipe is done from rice flour. Chegodi recipe is simple and easy to make.

Steps
Take a bowl and add onion (grinded), garlic(grinded), salt, red chilli powder, sesame seeds ,rice flour , cumin seeds. Mix well .Then add enough water to make a soft dough.
Apply Oil to your finger and take a small lemon size dough and roll into a thick rope which is approx 2 to 3 inches in length. Now turn it into a round shape to form a ring and give a shape of chegodi. Prepare the entire dough in this manner.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Place the chegodis one by one into the hot oil and cook the chegodis till they turn a golden shade.
Repeat this process for all dough.
Serving Instructions
You can serve this as evening snacks or with hot coffee .
