Steps

  1. Heat oil in a kadai (wok)
  2. Add mustard seeds. When it splutters add turmeric powder ,cumin seeds and fry for a minute.
  3. Add Onions, ginger garlic paste and fry a minute
  4. Add Carrot and mix well.
  5. Add red chili powder,salt,coriander powder mix well and let it cook for 15 minutes

Serving Instructions

You can serve this with rice or roti.
