Quick and Simple Rajasthani Spring Onion (Gundali) Curry.
Spring Onion for its unique flavor and smell is used in lots of Indian, Chinese and other Continental cuisines. In many of the soups and salads we just use a bit of it to add an extra taste and color to the dish. But in Rajasthan, Spring onion is prepared as a wholesome curry in itself. It is very quick and simple and yet a lip smacking curry. It goes best with Missi or Bajra ki Roti but can also be served and tastes good with normal chapati or rice and dal.
