Pundina Chutney is the most popular dip in India. It is accompanied with Tikkis, tikkas, kebabs and more. This is oil free and easy to cook recipe. It can be made in a jiffy and can also be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

  • 1 big bunch mint leaves fresh (stems removed)
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 1 tsp dried pomegranate seeds
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 7 -8 cloves of garlic

Steps

  1. In a blender add the mint leaves and blend till smooth. Add a little water if necessary.
  2. Add the tamarind pulp, cloves, sugar and green chillies.
  3. Blend it again till the mixture is smooth and without any lumps.
  4. Add a little water to make it to your desired consistency.
  5. Serve chilled.

Serving Instructions

Serve it chilled with your favourite tikkas and kebabs. You can also substitute it for ketchup
