Steps

  1. Prepare fine dough with wheat flour and water.
  2. Cover it with a muslin cloth. Keep it aside for 15 minutes to rest. After 15 minutes knead it properly and grease it with oil.
  3. Mix the mashed potatoes, chopped coriander and chopped onions properly.
  4. Add salt, chilly powder, ajawain and chat masala to the mixture.
  5. This mixture is ready for filling into parathas.
  6. Make small balls of the prepared dough, make them flat with the help of roller.
  7. Grease the flat rolled dough with oil and put some filling in the center of rolled paratha.
  8. Pick up paratha from all edges and make a ball of it. Again roll it .
  9. Place the rolled paratha on Tawa/Skillet. Flip it after few seconds.
  10. Apply some oil and again flip. Apply oil on other side also.
  11. Remove paratha from skillet and put some butter on it. Repeat the procedure for the remaining material.

Serving Instructions

Serve hot with Curd and Butter
